A subscription to Max gets you eight HBO channels – HBO East, HBO West, HBO 2, HBO Signature, HBO Family, HBO Latino, HBO Zone and HBO Comedy – plus HBO On Demand and access to the Max app, where you can watch thousands of additional shows and movies.

Sling has the eight HBO channels, plus a library of hundreds of movies, docs, and HBO Original series available on demand. Using your Sling credentials to log into the Max app, you can also access Max Originals, live news with CNN Max, and thousands of additional series, movies, and shows from popular brands like Food Network, Magnolia Network, and many others. 

Once you subscribe to Max through Sling, use the following steps to authenticate your Max subscription using your Sling username and password:

• Download the Max app on your TV or favorite streaming device. You can also visit Max.com/provider to sign in from a browser on a laptop or computer.

• Open the Max app and click the “Sign In” button, then “Connect Your Provider.” Select “Sling” as your provider from the list and enter your Sling username and password when prompted.

• If prompted to create your account, do one of the following:

  • New Max subscribers: Complete the form and choose Create Account

  • Former Max subscribers: If you previously had a Max account, enter your Max email address and choose Create Account. Then on the Account Found screen, choose Verify Email and follow the instructions.

You are ready to start streaming!  You can create up to 5 profiles for your account, including profiles for children.

Yes! You can download up to 30 titles to watch offline and will have 30 days to watch titles before they automatically expire from your device.

Absolutely. You can watch content on the Max App on up to two devices simultaneously.

No, the bundle price is only available with a subscription to Max through Sling, when paired with an eligible Sling base package. If you already have an active Max subscription that isn’t billed through Sling, you will need to cancel that subscription and subscribe to Max through Sling along with an eligible Sling base package in order to receive the bundle discount.

You will retain the bundle discount for as long as you maintain subscriptions to both Max (through Sling) and an eligible Sling base package.

Yes! The bundle can be combined with other Sling offers.

No, Cinemax is not included in Max. You can subscribe to Cinemax on Sling separately for $10/month.
