You have two options to exercise your “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” request, and you can choose both options (i.e., selecting option 1 does not prevent you from also selecting option 2, and vice versa):
Option 1
If you wish to only opt out of Sling using online tracking technologies, such as cookies, on Sling.com that help us deliver more relevant advertising to you, you do not need to supply any additional information. Please press "Opt Out 1" to make your opt out of sale request.
Option 2
If, however, you wish to also opt out of additional types of sales beyond those that involve online tracking technologies such as cookies, please press “Opt Out 2” and fill out the information requested. Data submitted on this form will be used only to meet regulatory obligations related to this privacy request.
