Why prices are increasing
Thank you for being a Sling customer. We hope you are enjoying your Sling subscription during this exciting time for TV with top sports, premieres and news coverage. The price we pay to provide you with the programming you enjoy continues to increase well above the pace of inflation. We actively fight every day on your behalf to keep costs as low as possible. However, due to these rising costs, the cost of Sling Orange, Sling Blue and Sling Orange + Blue will increase by $5.99 per month. If you subscribe to any of these base packages, your price will change with your billing date on or after Dec. 20th, 2024.
These increases are industry wide — other leading streaming providers have had increases throughout 2024. Despite this, Sling continues to be the most affordable option with offerings more than twenty dollars less per month versus other providers.
Sling continues to provide choice, by offering some of the lowest prices in paid live TV. Flexible add on packs are available for even further customization.

New Channels Added
In 2024, we have added over 50 channels to our paid service and over 150 channels to our Freestream service. That’s over 200 channels available in our offerings. When adding new channels, we have also created custom bundles to help you save, such as Sling + Max. With the Max bundle you can save $5 each month.
4K Streaming
This summer we launched 4K streaming on Sling! You can now expect to find big games from top leagues on FOX, ESPN and Big 10 Network in 4K when you’re viewing on a 4K-capable device.

Every month we work to unlock content from Extras and Add-Ons to help you find even more to watch! Just look for “free preview” in your guide. We’ll also email you if we think a free preview matches your viewing interests.

Updated Search Functionality
We recently enhanced our search functionality making it much easier to find your entertainment, including DVR recordings! You can now search by actor names, director names, genre and more.

Arcade

The Most Flexibility
Need to make a game day decision? Switch services whenever you want. Whether the game is on Sling Orange or Sling Blue, you can access it by simply switching your base package. Sling lets you do that.
Free DVR and Unlimited DVR
Sling offers 50 hours of DVR storage for free included with your service. Unlimited DVR is also available for just five dollars a month with unlimited storage and Auto Record so you never have to miss your favorite game or show.
